1.Dashboard

The Dashboard function of our car wash software provides a complete and real-time overview of the main business metrics. In the “Number of customers entered into the system” section, you can monitor the total number of registered customers, allowing easy management of customer records. The “Washes performed” section provides a continuous update on the number of washes performed, with the possibility of viewing the data broken down by period (the “total washes/year/month/today” items allow an immediate view of the performance of the business in the long, medium and short term). Finally, the “Monthly revenue/Today revenue” section keeps track of the revenue generated, highlighting monthly and daily earnings, for financial management that is always under control. Thanks to the dashboard, the owner and team can make faster and more informed decisions to optimize the business.

2. Customer List

The Customer List function of the car wash software offers a complete and organized overview of all registered customers, making it easier to manage and consult information. From this section, you can easily add new customers by entering details such as the company name, city, province, telephone number and email. To optimize the search and selection, advanced filters are available that allow you to search for customers by any of these fields. In addition, the list allows you to modify personal data, locations, contacts and types of wash at any time, offering maximum flexibility in managing information. Each type of wash can be updated with the relative cost item, allowing you to keep track of the specific needs and prices for each customer. Specific profiles have been created for each dealership that is a customer of the car wash, which can independently enter the desired wash order(s) into the system, which will then be taken care of as a regular job. Thanks to this feature, the administration and management of the car wash becomes simple, precise and always up to date.

3. Performance monitoring and reporting

For managers, it is essential to monitor the daily and monthly performance of the business. The software provides detailed reports that analyze various aspects, such as the number of vehicles treated, the types of services requested, daily earnings and more. This information helps to make strategic decisions and continuously improve the services offered.

4. User profiling

The software allows you to manage different levels of administration, for example you can create one or more administrator accounts able to intervene on all the software functions, or operator accounts enabled only for certain operations and who can exclude the viewing of confidential data, such as earnings.
